This week (Father’s Day, June 15) and next week Oasis Church will be hosting Bud McCord.

Bud has taught at Oasis Church before and many of you have been asking us when he might return. This week he will debut his new book entitled The Satisfying Life right here at Oasis Church. It has never before been available in English! Pick yours up at Kona!

For those who are new to Oasis, Bud is not only one of our Missionaries, he was also pastor in South Florida for 18 years. His church helped start Oasis Church! Bud has been a friend and mentor to Pastor Guy Melton for many years.

God called Bud and Pam McCord to return to the mission field for the second time. They are mentors and coaches to Brazilian pastors and church leaders. They lead dozens of retreats and speak at seminars across the country. They also serve as part of the pastoral team at an exciting church in Brazil.

Bud will kick off our 6 week series titled after his new book. There will be small groups you can join that will run throughout the series. Come prepared to listen and think. God has been at work in Bud’s life these many years and he has something very important for all of us to hear.
