Community Group Raises Money for Grieving Family

Check out this story from one of our community groups that was able to support the family of Peggy Reed, a long-time member of Oasis Church who passed away from cancer a few weeks ago.

Good morning ladies,

Together we raised $100 to contribute to the grieving family in need. We were able to buy food and and also make a cash contribution of $40. This is what “community” is all about; demonstrating Christ through our giving.

None of us are immune from death or struggles. Therefore, it is incumbent on us to dig in and help whenever the opportunity presents itself.
