Happy Anniversary 7NOW and an Amazing Story!

I just have to share this with you! This was a God thing!! On our First Anniversary of 7NOW (7 Nights of Worship), January 21st on Monday night, the story below happened. I believe it was God encouraging us and reminding us why we are doing 7NOW and Christmas at the Oasis! This story below is worth all the work!! God is so Good! What an anniversary gift to us!

On 10/02/07 my wife had a grade 4 aneurism and was not expected to live. She has had a truly miraculous recovery and, astounding doctors, she returned to work today. Last night (Monday 1/21) she felt a strong desire to go to church. On a Monday night? Where? Then I remembered as we drove through your wonderful Christmas light display that you had services 7 days per week…we were there. It meant a great deal to the both of us. I thank God that you provide this, knowing that it means a sacrifice for your staff and volunteer membership!
