Helping Us Get There

There have been so many things happening at Surge that I can’t recount it all. We went through several successful fundraisers this past month alone.

The first one was a Car Show, then Auction-A-Teen, Wash-While-You-Worship and a Bake Sale fundraiser that helped us raise over $2500. It involved about 50 teens and a handful of devoted adults/parents who were there for us- Dave Turcios, Yesse Olivos, Tim and Michelle Espinoza, Mike Chalk among others. But it’s been through the generosity and involvement of many of you, our church members/attenders, that pitched in participating in either one or more events!! It’s been an amazing journey, but it doesn’t end there. This coming week thanks to all of you we are off to Gatlinburg, TN for our Surge Summer Camp ’09!!
