Single Mom's Appreciate the Men's Mentoring Program

The Single Mom’s Community Group is so blessed by the Men’s Mentoring Program. These men come together for one purpose: to mentor the Single Mom’s boys. These boys usually do not have a Godly man in their life. They do not have a man who will teach them to be loving men and how to respect women. These men take the boys on outings and spend valuable time mentoring them into Godly men. So on Saturday, June 26 these Single Mom’s hosted a “Thank you” luncheon for these men who mentor their boys. They presented each man with a special gift and shared just how much this program is helping their son and what a blessing each of these men are to them.

Several mom’s share their testimony:

Susan noted… “What a WONDERFUL way to show our young boys how to act like LOVING MEN! Thank you for helping us single moms with raising caring, thoughtful, and spiritual
little men! God Bless you!!!!”

Ingrid mentioned…“I wanted to thank all the men from the mentoring team for the time they took out of their schedules. It means a lot to be able to expose my son to good Christian men. It is a great example for him and all the boys. Being a boy with no male role models in his life, I’m sure is hard, but having him be a part of the mentoring events allows him some male bonding time, which I know he needs. Thank you all so very much.”

Pam stated … “Thanks to the Men’s mentoring program, a trip to a Marlins game, has made both my sons baseball fans. It was their first and they loved it. They are a great group of guys.”
