A lot is happening at SURGE Ministries! Here are some highlights and details of future events and activities:

SURGE Financial Aid Workshop:
What: FREE workshop designed to help SURGE parents of High school JUNIORS and SENIORS understand their financial options for their college bound sons and daughters. Presented by Lidiette Esquievel, Executive Account Manager, Edamerica Former Financial Aid Director at St. Thomas University and Anh Do, Financial Director, St. Thomas University
Parents of SENIORS only: Bring your wireless laptop and 2009 tax info to help fill out your FAFSA on site
When: Saturday March 13th at 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Where: Community Café- Pines Campus

Summer Missions Trips
What: SURGE Ministries is partnering with T.I.M.E. International- Teams in Mission Evangelism; Choose your destination: Colombia, Dominican Republic, Cusco-Peru, Amazon
When: June 25-July 13, 2010

Summer Camp:
What: Word of Life Florida Youth Camp- www.WOL.org
When: July 24-31 2010; Sign up deadline: April 15
Cost: $300 (After April 15th- $360) 4 Different payment plans available. Partial and full scholarships possible.

KONA Ministries
Students now have the opportunity to earn partial scholarships for mission trips or summer camp by working in KONA. This is a great opportunity for teens to acquire skills that they can use later in life.
