Chair Yoga
As a fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2013, I want to invite anyone with little or no experience to do some stretching and some breathing to keep ourselves and each other in good health in the comfort of our homes. This is a virtual gathering in which we will do some simple yoga poses on the chair (Chair yoga). No experience is required. This is a bi-weekly meeting.
