Have you ever stood trial in a court of law and waited for a judge to declare your guilt or innocence? Two thousand years ago an innocent man was found guilty and sentenced to death. Ironically, his conviction paved the way for our acquittal and his resurrection opened the door for a new and better life. Our justice system provides a law called “Double Jeopardy’, which prevents a defendant from being tried twice for the same crime. This Easter, come and learn what it means to be completely forgiven and receive the promise of eternal freedom.
