Position Title: Student Pastor (Middle, High, & College Students)
Reports to: Executive Pastor
The Student Pastor is responsible for designing and executing relevant worship, community & mission experiences, including but not limited to small & large-group events, camp and worship/creative arts activities that will take our NOW GENERATION on a journey of growth in their faith as believers, grow in relationships, while being a catalyst for community groups & mission projects. Effective & relevant Bible teacher who has an understanding for culture and a heart to shepherd.
Create and champion relevant series throughout student ministry that will catalyze faith in God & personal growth as believers
Ensure consistent connection & growth of volunteer Student Leader Team by providing them growth, equipping, communication, and community opportunities near you to be discipled
Cast nets where students can grow in relationship & friendships
Effectively lead and launch waves of community student groups that will foster relationships consistently, while creating ways for personal connection in worship services
Cast local and global mission projects for students to engage in
Ability to build & maintain a trusting & consistent connection with parents both in parent meetings, by leading book study, and weekend worship touches
Personally grow student Teaching Team by providing rotation opportunity, constructive feedback, growth tracks for each
Creating & catalyzing ways for parent involvement (volunteering) to take place on a consistent basis
Active and trusting partner of the Family Ministry, finding ways to collaborate with Oasis Kids Team as we foster student lives
Intentional bridging of graduating Seniors
Champion “Serving during Weekend Worship Services” as local missions
Champion Internship Tracks every semester that fosters growth & helps launch disciples
Provide consistent leadership and collaborative team-building as a member of the Oasis Leadership Team
Demonstrate ability to plan events, activities and camp for large and small groups.
Foster fundraising nets so that students can raise dollars for camp & missions
Oversee the operations of the Oasis Café (benefiting students and missions)
Effectively manage budgetary guidelines
Be available for leadership retreats & conferences as assigned

Bachelor of Arts preferable OR min 4 years in student ministry role teaching, leading, inspiring & equipping leaders
Time Management: 2 years (Preferred)
