Chair Yoga
As a fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2013, I want to invite anyone with little or no experience to do some stretching and some breathing to keep ourselves and each other in good health in the comfort of our homes. This is a virtual gathering in which we will do some simple yoga poses on the chair (Chair yoga). No experience is required. This is a bi-weekly meeting.

Hi Oasis, I'm Nikki Sonko and I lead Oasis Young Adults. OYA is a young adults group that meets every Tuesday at 7:00 pm. We cater to anyone from the age of 18 all the way to your 30s. One word to describe OYA is family. We are a large group but we function like a family. We have fun together, celebrate together, cry together, and also learn more about God together. My favorite thing about my group is our fun social events. Come be a part of our fam!

Hi Oasis, our First Place for Health members have discovered that their faith has the power to ignite radical, transformative changes in their lives. By following the First Place for Health program, a faith-based weight loss plan supported and endorsed by nutritionists and physicians, our members have discovered they can help each other pursue whole-person wellness by following biblical principles in caring for their bodies and cultivating support for each other through truth and grace. Our studies are approximately 13 weeks and we hope you'll join us!
